3. Proof of auto Insurance.
4. Birth Certificate if applying for night shift only.

6. Clean local background check, no
felonies & no theft issues. We reimburse cost
of local
check,
ONLY if it meets NO felonies & NO theft issues.
7. If you are hired you will have to show original social
security card or passport.
The
above are required to be hired by
Five Star Cleaning Service.
